ABOUT ME
I am a Strategic Communications Consultant and Programs Coordinator specializing in information architecture, UX/UI design, and cross-channel communication. I help individuals, brands, and organizations communicate with clarity and purpose through structured digital experiences, organized content systems, and actionable documentation.
Fluent in English and Spanish, I bring over six years of experience in marketing, operations, and program support, with expertise in program coordination, content strategy, administrative support, and cross-department collaboration. My work centers on creating, refining, and optimizing written and visual content to improve clarity, engagement, and organizational structure. By leveraging strategic frameworks and human-centered design, I align messaging, design, and audience connection to drive impact, support organizational growth, and consistently strengthen communication effectiveness.
Currently, I serve as Programs Coordinator at the United States Tour Operators Association, where I coordinate committee initiatives, webinars, roundtables, and annual conference sessions; provide technical support; conduct research to inform leadership decision-making; and lead information architecture and UX/UI design improvements for member resources and internal operations. I also serve as Marketing & Communications Manager and Podcast Co-Producer at Discovery Point, where I oversee website rebranding, SEO strategy, UX/UI design enhancements, information architecture, and podcast production.

Philanthropy
Since January 2023, I have volunteered at the Saturday Resource Center for Children of Promise CPNYC. This non-profit organization helps children struggling emotionally, socially, academically, and economically due to the incarceration of one or both parents. This non-profit organization has built a unique circulatory system by linking professionals, family members of the children, mentors, and volunteers hand in hand to provide the most effective support they need to succeed. I was honored to meet these exceptional scholars full of hope and energy. They reflect the organization’s hard work and efforts to fulfill its mission.
