HELLO

I work across strategic communications, information architecture, and human-centered systems design to make information clearer, experiences easier to navigate, and organizations better equipped to support their people. With more than seven years of experience across B2B, B2C, and operational environments, I bring research, writing, UX/UI, branding, marketing, and creative direction together around each project’s needs. I enjoy understanding how the pieces connect and developing solutions that fit an organization’s people, purpose, and resources.

I hold a B.S. in Professional and Technical Writing↗, from New York City College of Technology, where I developed an approved ad hoc specialization in Communication Engagement Strategy. This pathway brought together psychology and human services coursework to deepen my understanding of human behavior, community needs, and how people connect with information. Outside City Tech, I pursued additional specialized certifications↗ in Technical Organizations through Johns Hopkins University, Corporate Communications through UC Irvine, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development through HRCI, and Management of Fashion and Luxury Companies through Università Bocconi.

Where It All Connects

My curiosity often takes me beyond the immediate task. A communication project can lead me into psychology, while an information problem can reveal a workflow that needs attention. I enjoy following those connections, understanding the people involved, and seeing how individual improvements gradually form a clearer system. The creative process keeps me engaged, from refining a visual detail to rethinking how information moves through an organization. What gives that process meaning is helping people find what they need, work together with greater ease, and spend more time on the purpose behind their work.

Beyond the Work

Outside of work, I’m an eclectic fashion and interior design enthusiast who loves thrift shopping and finding pieces with character. I enjoy cooking, baking, reading magazines, solving Rubik’s Cubes, and playing Sudoku. My summers often involve camping with friends and family, biking around the city, and discovering new restaurants. There is usually a new recipe I want to try or something at home I’m tempted to rearrange.
