About Me
I specialize in strategic communications, information architecture, systems design, UX/UI, research, branding, marketing, and creative direction. As Founder and Principal Consultant of YOKāLLOY, I help organizations bring greater clarity, structure, and purpose to complex information, ideas, workflows, and experiences.
With over seven years of experience across marketing, operations, program coordination, and content strategy, I combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to understand how people interact with information and systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate those insights into practical, human-centered solutions.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Professional and Technical Writing with a specialization in Communication Engagement Strategy, where I further developed my expertise in strategic communication, audience engagement, research, and information design. My professional experience allows me to work across both structured and creative environments, connecting strategy, technology, communication, and design to support more effective organizational experiences.
My work spans information architecture, digital platforms, documentation frameworks, workflow optimization, user experience, brand strategy, digital marketing, audience insights, research, and multimedia content. Whether improving an information system, developing communication resources, designing a digital experience, or creating a strategic framework, I approach each challenge by first understanding the people, processes, and purpose behind the work.
Outside of my professional work, I’m an eclectic fashion and interior design enthusiast who enjoys thrift shopping, cooking, baking, reading magazines, solving Rubik’s Cubes, and playing Sudoku. I spend my summers camping with friends and family, biking around the city, and discovering new restaurants and recipes.
